I've using Absteel for a month on my abdominal area and now mi skin is tighter plus have reduced some inches as well. I workout 5 days a week and try to keep my nutrition as clean as I can, but whe your are over 50 is hard to get rid of that little layer of fat in your belly, but Absteel definitly helped me to finally show my abs fully! Give it a try!
